One Plant Foundation has partnered with the Toronto Wildlife Centre to donate trees and shrubs to help their animals ease back into their natural environments before release. Trees are important in helping to mimic wild animals’ natural habitats (whether climbing, pecking, or perching), and provide places for them to hide while in care. Our plants are a favourite among songbirds!

In support of the Arbor Day Foundation, #teamtrees was launched with one goal: 20 million trees by 2020.
According to the National Academy of Sciences, forest restoration has the most global climate mitigation potential compared to all other natural climate solutions. Restoring lands through tree planting is the Arbor Day Foundation’s area of expertise and something they’ve been doing for nearly five decades.
The One Plant Foundation continues to make monthly contributions to the initiative with each dollar going to plant one tree.
